Shipping & Returns
We are normally able to dispatch orders within 24hrs. We will contact you of there is any delay.
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class and should take 2-3 working days to arrive after dispatch. Please note however that we are reliant on Royal Mail to adhere to these timescales and occasionally delivery may take longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want to arrange a refund then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received the product in an unused, saleable condition, within its original packaging we will issue a refund as soon as possible. your proof of purchase should be returned with your product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service as we can only issue a full refund upon receiving your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where Allotment Candles is considered at fault, within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our Candle Care Instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience.
